Privacy Policy

mini-msging is a private client used to manage messages for a connected Instagram professional account and WhatsApp Business phone number.
Information we process
When Meta sends an Instagram or WhatsApp messaging event, we may process provider-scoped account identifiers, usernames or profile names, phone-number identifiers, message text or attachment metadata, message identifiers, timestamps, message direction, conversation status, and an Apple Push Notification service device token when notifications are enabled. We also process limited operational logs needed to secure and troubleshoot the service. Provider access credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed to the mobile app.
How information is used
Information is used only to display the connected messaging inbox, show conversation history, send replies, deliver new-message notifications, prevent duplicate messages, maintain account access, and diagnose service failures. We do not sell personal information or use message content for advertising.
Service providers
The service uses Meta to provide Instagram and WhatsApp messaging, Apple to deliver notifications, Vercel to run the backend, and Aiven to store account, conversation, message, and device-token records. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service and under their respective terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Conversation data is retained while it is needed to operate the inbox or until a verified deletion request is completed. Access is restricted through server-side authentication and encrypted network connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to or deletion of conversation data associated with your Instagram or WhatsApp account. See the data deletion instructions.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
