Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of conversation data, send a message from the affected Instagram or WhatsApp account through the same connected channel. Instagram requests may be sent to @peter.wsb. Include the phrase Data deletion request.

What happens next

1. We verify that the request came from the Instagram or WhatsApp account associated with the data.
2. We delete the account's conversation and message records from the active service database.
3. We confirm completion through the same messaging channel, normally within 30 days.

Limited security or operational records may be retained where required by law or until provider log retention periods expire. For more information, read the privacy policy.
